1.    Missed Period
If you have your menstrual period regularly, then it’s easy to know if you are pregnant or not because, suddenly, you missed some period. This should be your signal to look for other signals.
2.    Breast Tenderness
If you feel some tenderness in your breast, if suddenly it has become swollen and you feel some pain, then you might be pregnant. This is because your body starts preparing for milk production and breastfeeding.
3.    Fatigue
If you get tired easily, and you know that this is something different, then you might have the early pregnancy symptoms. If you feel like you need to take some naps for 15 minutes, then it must be a signal.
4.    Frequent Urination
This is also an early sign of pregnancy. In fact, your family and friends might even comment on your frequent bathroom trips. One cause of frequent urination is that your uterus is swelling and this puts a lot of pressure on your urine bladder.
