In order to promote baby safety in homes, giant retailer Toys”R”Us has launched a “Great Trade-In” event where consumers can hand over their old and second-hand baby products in exchange of savings in buying new ones.
The “Great Trade-In” event is a safety program that’s being made nationwide in a bid to promote awareness that the usage of second-hand baby products can be hazardous to health.
The “Great Trade-In’ stars on January 29 and ends on February 20.
Consumers can return used cribs, travel systems, car seats, bassinets and many more in exchange to 25 percent savings on the purchase on new items. Consumers are advised to inquire in advance as to what products can still be returned at the retail stores in exchange of discounts.
The “Great Trade-In” event was introduced in September last year and produced promising results.
